The principal sponsoring organization is the Brazilian Association of Medical Physics. Funding will be provided by several Brazilian governmental organizations, CAPES , FAPESP, FAPERJ and CNPq for the local participants. Commercial Radiation Oncology and PDT companies will also be asked to sponsor the meeting.

The exhibitor area adjacent to the plenary sessions holds up to 20 exhibitors with an area of several sizes. We are asking that each company contribute to the meeting by renting available space and if possible inviting a speaker to the workshop.
